The Big Beach House is entered through the Conservatory, set up with a long table and lots of chairs. From here the view of the bay and the estuary is spectacular.  You may see windsurfers, fishing boats and even dolphins at play.

Down the long tiled corridor, bedrooms open off to left and right, with the huge Sitting Room facing the sea.  We have comfortable seating on leather sofas, coffee tables and a 42" television.  It has patio folding sliding doors which open in to the new Conservatory and beyond right out on to the lawn overlooking the sea.

The adjoining Playroom contains a large table and chairs for family games, plus a selection of board games, cards and puzzles.

A little further along the corridor is a large Kitchen/Dining Room with 2 long tables seating 20, and 2 highchairs.

We have an 4 oven electric aga with lots of pans and cooking trays, plus an additional induction hob and fan oven, dishwasher, etc.   We have a clothes airer over the aga so washing dries very quickly.

We have a separate Pantry which we use as a food preparation area, with fridges and freezers, plus a laundry area with washing machine, clothes airers, iron and ironing board.

We have one shower room and a bathroom on the ground floor.

On the Ground Floor, Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have a double bed, large chest of drawers, and lovely views of the sea.

Bedroom 3 contains a pair of single beds, hanging rail and bedside tables.

Upstairs, you can hear the waves from your bedroom as you lie in bed.

Bedroom 4 at the end of the corridor is the sunniest room.  It contains a double bed, chest of drawers, hanging rail, table and chair.  

Bedroom 5 contains twin beds, a hanging rail, chest of drawers and cot.  

Bedroom 6 has a king size bed, a pair of bunk beds, a hanging rail and a large chest of drawers.

Bedroom 7 contains a pair of twin beds (2'6") and has private access to the outside via an exterior staircase.

There is a bathroom at the top of the stairs.

We also have a charming summer house where you can sleep in the summer - it has two single beds.
